Central Annual Fund
The opportunities for you to support Central are endless. Each year students, faculty and staff identify specific needs to be met by our generous donors. Scholarships are always on our wish list since they provide support for our deserving students, but there are many areas on campus where you can leave your mark and advance the mission of Central.
FAQs
What is the Central Annual Fund (CAF)?
- • The Central Annual Fund is unrestricted, and is not designated for any specific program or department. The CAF supports the greatest needs of the institution during the current year.
How are gifts to the Central Annual Fund used?
- • The CAF is used for lots of different areas on campus. These gifts are available for the areas of greatest campus need. The fund boosts scholarship support, grows academic resources, advances campus technology, and maintains campus aesthetics. Keep an eye on your mailbox and email for unique opportunities to support specific areas of campus.
Why is the Central Annual Fund so important?
- • Gifts to the CAF have an immediate impact in the life and work of current students, faculty, and staff. Tuition alone has never covered the costs of private higher education. The university must therefore count upon annual charitable support to help meet ongoing operational needs.
